GENERAL INFO FOR FRONT PORCH
Gate Hours
- The gates will open at 10am on Friday August 3oth, 2013
- The gates will close every night at 2am and will not reopen till 8am the next morning (will only open in emergency situations)
- The gates will close for the festival on Sunday September 1st, 2013 at 8pm (You are allowed to camp on Sunday)
Camping
- There will be both field & woods camping available
- Tents are welcome, LimitedRV space available for small/pop-up campers contact frontporchfest@gmail.com (There is NO power hookups for RVs)
- No vehicles will be allowed on the camping grounds (camping next to your vehicle is a safety concern)
Parking
- The parking area is located just a short walk away from the entrance to the festival grounds
- There will be handicapped parking for those who need it
- There will be separate parking for performer vehicles
Alcoholic Beverages
- There is NO open display of Alcoholic Beverages allowed
Illegal Substances
- There is absolutely NO illegal substances allowed at Front Porch
Medical Emergencies
- There will be a designated FIRST AID area on site, and there are trained medical personnel on site at all times. Please familiarize yourself with this location as soon as you enter the site. Feel free to approach ANY FESTIVALSTAFF or VOLUNTEER, ANYONE carrying a RADIO, driving a GOLF CART, wearing a STAFF t-shirt
Pets
- Pets are not allowed
Will Call
- There will be a clearly designated WILL CALL area at the Front gate when you arrive. Please have your confirmation and photo id to avoid any confusion
Performer Check-In
- Performers will need to check in at the designated Performer Check-In located before entering festival grounds to receive their festival credentials
Performers Guests
- Most performer guests will be receiving tickets prior to the festival. However, if you were informed that your ticket will be waiting for you at the Front Gate, please proceed to the Performer Check-In area to receive your credentials. All performer guests will need to check in at the Performer check-in
Media/Press
- Media/Press must check in at Front Gate. Once you have checked in Head Festival Personnel will meet and greet you at gate and escort you onto the Festival grounds
Performance Recordings/Photos
- Video recordings and photo taking is allowed. Unless otherwise announced prior to a specific performance. PLEASE NOTE recordings and photos are for personal use only, and you DO NOT have permission to use your photos or recordings in ANY commercial way
Weather
- Front Porch Fest is a rain or shine festival. Always come prepared for inclement weather
- Do not forget to bring plenty of water to keep hydrated during the HOT late summer days
Ticket Purchases
- All ticket purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
